The Ruidoso Racing Foundation, Inc. (formerly Ruidoso Jockey Club Foundation, Inc.), a 501(c)3 public charity founded in 2015, engages in non-profit fundraising activities for charitable, educational and hospitable purposes for the benefit of the Ruidoso Downs horse racing community.
